Division 6 or 5?

Written by Mandragora at 11:11 19/2-2015

In less than 10 minutes, Estebe Beto and Ponce Mazinho will have a chance of bringing Mandragora to division 5. If this happens, Mandragora will exced its expectations for this season 31 that has only 20 days to go.
We'll see. In any case, Mandragora is firmly settled in division 6, which, finally, means good news for this team.

In addition, old riders won't be able to cut it in the higher divisions. This is indeed sad because their actual careers are cut short and they are relegated to riding in division 7 and below where theres virtually no competition.

Super Velo at 15:36 20/2-2015
Very true my friend, I meant no offence. The thing of it is in this game (which I don't agree with) is that once riders get to 28 they start declining when in the real world mature riders actually start doing better. Look at Valverde and Chris Horner as prime examples. Good luck...

Mandragora at 10:11 20/2-2015
Ponce Mazinho is 30, his TT is 81 and his TQ 62. So he's not a breaking record rider, but he has some quality and in top form usually performs great. Even without top form, he does get some points.
That many of my riders are oldies - it's a running joke that my team is old, doesn't have anything to do with his quality. Besides, in a TT race, it matters zero the quality of the others.
  Anyway, my

Super Velo at 01:09 20/2-2015
An over 40 y/o rider is even worse than a mediocre rider in TF will ever be. Plus when theres a lot of over 40 y/o riders on a team thats a certain ticket to never rising above level 6 or even 7, never mind div 5....

V02maXXers at 19:13 19/2-2015
A mediocre rider in TF is still a mediocre rider.

Mandragora at 19:01 19/2-2015
  hehehe
I'm enjoying a little bit more being on div 6 hehe
Actually, my goal for this season is staying here, not going up, but we'll see what happens this next week - I have some chances there.
But I was pissed at having that top form becoming so useless

Schiavi di Don at 18:51 19/2-2015
Nah, div5 has the least amount of races per team, so it sucks on multiple levels

Super Velo at 14:50 19/2-2015
off days will cause the rider to literally stink. even if they are in top form it doesn't matter.

division 5 may suck, but so does div 4, 3, 2 & 1. the reason is because it gets a lot harder to get a result due to tougher competition...

Schiavi di Don at 13:41 19/2-2015
Div5 sucks, you don't wanna be there

Mandragora at 11:34 19/2-2015
Your team participated in Anna Poulowna ITT. Ponce Mazinho finished 32 nd as your best rider.

Ponce Mazinho had an off day. Ponce Mazinho rode the race in top form. Estebe Beto had an off day. Abraham Cordona had super legs during the race. 11:20

  WHY THIS???? TOP FORM!!! WHY????
